  • ome Visits for Personalized Care: Certified Nurses conduct assessments and provide personalized guidance to older people on healthy living and physical activities ensuring they receive the right support for optimal health.  They also provide tailored guidance to working adults or elderly working with elder people on healthy living and appropriate physical activities, ensuring they receive the specific support they need for optimal health outcomes.
  • The Heart of Our Program: Mothers in the rural community and Golden Carers in urban areas will be trained as caregivers, demonstrating the benefits of being a senior citizen. They will provide not only practical assistance but also vital companionship, emotional support, and guidance. Working with elderly people or working with older people, they offer valuable nutrition tips on how to improve quality of life.
  • Strengthening Bones with Calcium  Recognizing the severe consequences of low calcium including dental problems, depression, skin conditions, chronic pain, fractures, and disability, HEAL Group provides milk twice weekly to mitigate these risks. We also offer crucial education on calcium-enriched food and other calcium sources, empowering seniors to take control of their bone health.
